This summer season got off to a rough start as La Plata County endured the 416 Fire. Although the threat to homes and structures ceased after the first several weeks of the fire, the smoke and other 416 related elements have negatively affected tourism and other summer activities. The real estate world was no exception to feeling the impact of the fires, but our local markets are still moving at a normal pace!
