Brooke Phillips
A proud Durango native, Brooke Phillips, obtained her real estate license in 2021 and began working alongside her mother, Kelly Kniffin, on the Homes Durango Team. In just a few short years, she’s built a strong foundation in the industry, participating in over 70 transactions, and gaining invaluable experience in the local market. Prior, she served as the Director of Operations for Stanford’s Swimming and Diving program and is a former Division 1 swimmer at the University of Hawaii at Manoa, where she received her bachelor’s degree in communications. Having grown up in Southwest Colorado, Brooke has an in-depth knowledge of the region, including its neighborhoods, schools, athletic programs, and all things Durango. She is passionate about helping buyers find a home that aligns with their desired lifestyle and personal goals, and helping sellers make the process of selling their home as stress-free and seamless as possible while obtaining the highest value. Outside of real estate, Brooke enjoys the many outdoor activities Durango offers and serves as an assistant coach for the Durango High School girls’ swim team. She is also a board member on the Durango Area Association of Realtor’s Community Service Committee. With her strong ties in the community, background in customer service, and experience as part of a successful sales team, Brooke is excited to provide exceptional service to each of her clients, making their real estate experience seamless and rewarding.
