We are seeing more purchases happen without the buyer actually coming to town prior to their purchase. This virtual walk through is so efficient, if you know the area or neighborhood there is little risk after you have virtually walked through the house. A buyer can move fast on an offer with confidence. It’s a big step up from a face-time walk through.
