Kelly has been a Realtor in Durango since 2004 and has averaged top 10 ranking since 2005 in la Plata county, Colorado. Kelly’s experience through many market changes and challenges is experience that is invaluable to her clients. Kelly has an exceptional understanding of the local market dynamics and its diverse communities. In 2012, Kelly established Homes Durango CO, LLC. A few years later, she brought on Wendy Barney as a Realtor/Transaction Coordinator. In 2021 her daughter, Brooke Kniffin joined the team as a Realtor.

With an emphasis on residential real estate Kelly’s success stems from relationships built on trust, hard work, and a high level of service. Her attention to detail, commitment to exceptional customer service and strong negotiation skills deliver results.

For several years Kelly has been named one of America’s most productive sales associates as a part of Real Trends America’s Best Real Estate Agents. Kelly acquired her CRS; Certified Residential Specialist designation in 2007, this designation is only earned by 4 percent of Realtors, a high sales volume and additional education requirements have to be met to qualify for this designation of real estate professionals.
