Drone photography makes the difference in real estate marketing

In marketing real estate, I aim to get people’s attention and hold it so they spend more time looking at the property. Offering drone photography and video is definitely unique; it offers a visual experience and interesting perspective. In Durango, we are introducing a lifestyle choice, and I can’t think of a better way to relay this message than a beautiful video. With aerial photography, our professional real estate photographer is producing dramatic sweeping shots of our community, mountains, ranches, water features, stunning views, and so much more. Buyers are looking at homes online first, and our stats show that people stay on the property much longer when this form of marketing is offered. That is what our sellers’ want and need – attention! 

Of course, I am looking at listings constantly online, and it doesn’t take an expert to see there is a difference in quality of skill, production and presentation. At Sotheby’s, we have hired an expert, experienced drone photographer. He has proven to be one of the best investments recently made.
