June Newsletter: Durango Re-Opens and Sales are Booming!
Is Durango defying the trends? The national news is reporting a weakening real estate market, and some locals are feeling a bit bearish, too. But speaking from my own experience these past few months, a slowdown has not hit Durango. In addition to the demand for our Southwestern Colorado lifestyle, I’m still largely crediting the resilience of our local market to a low inventory of homes in the high demand locations.
