As I look back on the 2019 year, it was such an active year. My business in 2019 was very similar to 2018. Wendy and I were very busy helping sellers as we closed on 22 listings this year. I had approximately 15 clients that I assisted in the buying process this year. I will say that buying has presented a challenge with a lack of inventory in key markets. Homes Durango helped a couple families that relocated for employment, a few first time home buyers, and many families choosing Durango as a great community to raise their children – exactly what my husband and I chose to do 18 years ago. We often see trailing parents/grandparents, and they love the Durango lifestyle here. I’ve said it before, and I’ll say it again: Durango has clubs, non-profits, outdoor activities, and lifestyles to participate in creating true community and lifestyle for those of us lucky enough to live here! Read more.
