April Newsletter: Q1 2024 Real Estate Market Update
After several years on non-stop activity, the Durango area real estate market seems to be transitioning toward a more traditional seasonal pattern. It’s still a highly active market, but winter was a bit slower than spring, summer and fall for new listings and sales.
