June Newsletter: Let’s Talk About This Real Estate Market

It’s understandable that people are feeling anxious. Stock values are down, inflation is up, the Fed recently raised interest rates, and the general state of the world is tumultuous, to say the least. But when it comes to real estate, I urge perspective, long-term value, and the desirability of niche markets (a.k.a. location, location, location).
